North West Institute of Further and Higher Education, Derry
We are undertaking 2 bespoke BREEAM assessments for this £9.46M development to create a performing arts, engineering and ICT facilities, which is aiming to achieve a BREEAM “excellent” rating.We are working with the design team to analyse the facades, potential for natural ventilation, daylighting and other aspects of low carbon design.
